My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, disruptive behaviors, transitions and adjustment, grief, parenting, and family communication.I utilized a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, stress management, work-life balance, and relaxation skills. I am trained in evidence practices, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Triple P Positive Parenting Program, and Managing and Adapting Practice (MAP).I prioritize the value of building trust and a therapeutic alliance with my clients. I strive to assist individuals in discovering strategies and solutions to address life challenges in order to live a more fulfilling life with themselves and others.
