We are out of network with all insurance companies and cannot bill your insurance directly. However, we may provide a Superbill for patients to submit to their insurance for possible reimbursement for the services rendered. A Superbill is an itemized document that provides all appropriate diagnostic codes, insurance bill codes, and lists all services provided to the patient. These superbills can be submitted towards their deductible or for their HSA/FSA account. A bit about me... I was born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley, and always had a passion for sports and natural healing. Over the years I sustained quite a few injuries and I saw other people I trained with getting injured as well. My love for sports led me to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology: Rehabilitation & Therapeutic Exercise from The California State University Los Angeles. My rehabilitation background has given me community out-patient experience including acute neuro-rehab, spinal cord injury, and strength & conditioning. Through this experience, I developed a wide perspective to the bridge of health care from wellness to acute to rehabilitation. I worked as a Personal Trainer for 10 years, mostly focusing on helping people recover from injuries and coming back stronger than ever. Eventually, I wanted to further my career, learn new skills, and help more people which led me to a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, graduating from Southern California University of Health Sciences.
