Hello, I'm Tiggy.  I am a warm and friendly qualified counsellor offering online counselling for those aged 18  and over who are living in the UK.I can offer you empathy and compassion with a non-judgemental approach, building on many years experience working in people-related fields such as nursing.I am able to provide a private, regular time and space where we can meet and I will listen carefully to you and whatever you wish to bring to discuss in our sessions.I work as an Integrative counsellor which means I believe there isn’t just one therapeutic approach that fits every client.  I regard you 'holistically' as an individual with your own personal circumstances, and use elements of different approaches to help you explore and cope with your problems.Training, qualifications & experienceI spent 3 years before COVID working FTF with a local charity as an adult counsellor.
