My approach to therapy is eclectic in that I am trained in many modalities and will use the modality that works best with the client. I use the person-centered approach in that I endorse unconditional positive regard and there is no judgement. I am also trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy and child parent psychotherapy. The client will feel supported and heard.
