I’m Tom Buckland, an Independent, BACP Accredited  Psychotherapist and Couple Counsellor, based in Hythe near Southampton, and I also offer remote sessions. I’ve been helping people through difficult times since 2003 and specialise in providing Couple Counselling (once know as marriage guidance counselling or relationship counselling) as well as working with Anxiety and Trauma. I often work in a solution focused way, helping someone overcome their issue and move to better place as soon as they can, but also work with longer-term psychotherapy to allow a person the time and space they need.
