Therapy should be a healthy exploration of your values, thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors and should lead to self-acceptance, self-understanding, and self-love. My goal is to provide a safe space to be vulnerable without judgement. My therapeutic approach emphasizes exploration and healing. nervous system.I'm a level 1 practitioner in Internal Family Systems. I believe that many of our difficulties can be traced to early experiences and how we processed them. I use EMDR and ART to help reprocess these memories and emotions. I offer the Safe and Sound Protocol developed by Stephen Porges which uses music to help regulate the parasympathetic nervous system.In sessions we will get to know the parts of you that formed beliefs, behaviors, and thought patterns that are not benefitting you in a positive manner and adjust them to better fit with your goals. My hope is that you leave each session with new insights into how you became who you are and how to let go of the negative patterns that have held you back.
