This can often be done without reliving painful memories, but with a focus on releasing burdens and working toward internal integration and harmony.I have bridged my specialized training as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with trauma-informed treatment models, specifically Internal Family Systems and Brainspotting, to provide personalized care. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and spent 10 years working exclusively with trauma and bereavement with the Dept of Veterans Affairs.I am dedicated to creating a comfortable and personal therapeutic experience that is relaxed, non-judgmental, and focused on your concerns.
