I pride myself in offering high quality evidence based psychotherapy in a warm, kind, non judgmental and collaborative environment and I strive to make my service inclusive and welcoming to people from all walks of life.I qualified as a Psychotherapist in 2000 and have worked for the NHS and various charities.I originally trained in Person - Centred Psychotherapy, but have now added Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to my practice. I therefore am an integrative therapist. This means I am able to draw upon both approaches when working with clients. As well as working as a Psychotherapist I am also an Environmental Scientist, and have been involved in the Transition Network and in Climate Activism for many years.
