My approach is holistic in nature, non-judgmental, empathetic, and compassionate. I walk along side you as we explore your thoughts and feelings, to help better understand yourself, and find ways to create healthy alternatives as you move forward. My goal is to not only create a safe space for you, but to also empower you as you develop the insight, curiosity, and courage to create the life you want.
