Hi, I'm Stephanie! I am here to teach women how to prioritize their needs, make lifelong improvements on wellness, and create a lasting positive mindset. Together we get organized, discover the priorities, and lean into peace. I teach ways to get creative with a busy schedule, find joy in the day to day, and still feel like there's time for self-care. The sessions are a great space to process emotions, celebrate positives, and identify the next steps to focus on. I am here to help clients gain clarity on themselves, understand their internal guidance system, and use that knowledge to create a life they love to wake up to everyday!My goal is to create a safe space for clients to work out their thoughts, process emotions, and find clarity. Our work includes holistic approaches to wellness in a way that is enjoyable and applicable to every day life. I believe it's important to prioritize my clients' individual strengths and goals so their journey is personalized and authenticOn our first call, we will spend some time getting to know each other. I will explain more about the process and what to expect, hopefully adding some comfort and a better understanding. We'll explore your motivational factors, barriers, and potential goals while working together. This is also an excellent time to cover any unanswered questions you may have.
