I’m Siobhan, a relational integrative counsellor working with adults, children and young people who are struggling to manage their wellbeing and every day stressors. Having a safe, non judgemental and confidential space allows you to explore difficulties you’re facing, work through them and find your own solutions. Working with children and young people provides them with the resilience and skills to navigate the inevitable challenges of growing up.  You don’t need to have a specific reason to go to therapy, you may be facing difficulties you’d like to work through and change, or you might want to increase your self awareness and have a better understanding of yourself.  Working relationally means I focus on building trust, positive and healthy relationships, putting you at the heart of the sessions, giving you choice and empowerment. Integrative counselling means I use a variation of therapeutic models and techniques to meet each individual client’s needs as they change. I have 7 years of experience working in primary and secondary schools and have supported both adult and young people with anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, bereavement, stress and identity.
