I undertook most of my training in the West Midlands region, qualifying from Birmingham University in 1994. I undertook my speciality training on the Stoke/Oswestry program and completed in 2006. My fellowship was spent in Exeter and I have worked as a consultant orthopaedic surgeon in several hospitals, including University Hospital Coventry & Warwickshire; NewCross Hospital Wolverhampton, The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital along with my current positions at The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt hospital,Oswestry and Nuffield Health Shrewsbury. I specialise in hip and knee reconstructive surgery i.e. hip and knee replacements including revision procedures. I have and continue to provide faculty services in courses for surgeons and present at national and international meetings.
