I have experience of working with clients from diverse backgrounds and my qualification as an Intercultural Counsellor, has equipped me to support my clients to explore cultural challenges. I also have experience of working with young people and supporting them through the challenges of puberty, empowering them to raise their self image and to gain a greater understanding of the Self, which in turn fuels their self esteem. I have worked with young people and families affected by gang culture, trauma, rape, abuse and domestic abuse. I also work with attachment challenges, self harm, bereavement, loss and substance abuse.
I work with children alone and together with their caregivers and families exploring any attachment, behavioural and or emotional challenges using varying non-intrusive methods aiding the relationships to be explored at the pace of all of those involved.
