As a qualified and experienced Psychotherapist, I offer Family Therapy and Psychosexual Therapy to individuals and couples in English, French or Persian (Farsi) languages. My training is systemic, and I mainly include integrative, humanistic, psychosexual, relational and psychodynamic approaches. Depends on my client's issues, I use an appropriate method or homework as appropriate. I am a member of BACP, member of the European Association of Psychotherapy (EAP), member of the European Family Therapy Association (EFTA) and general member of the College of Sexual & Relationship Therapists (COSRT). I work in a non-judgmental, accepting, caring, yet challenging way in accordance with the guidelines of the above professional bodies. A good, empathetic therapeutic relationship is extremely important in my work, and I see all clients as unique. I hold Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy and an Advanced Diploma in Couples Therapy. I work with a wide range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety and phobia. I have 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples, women, children, adolescents and their families on relationships difficulties and sexual concerns/distinctions.
