Ms Shadaba Ahmed is an Ent consultant with more than 18 years of experience. For the last seven years, she has been the ENT Lead for the Morecambe Bay Trust. Additionally, she is the Head and Neck cancer fragility services lead while at Better Care Together she is the lead for Ent. Ms Shadaba is, on the other hand, is an editor. She edits for Morecambe Bay Journal in addition to being a guest editor at for Current Advances in Otorhinolaryngology Disease and Therapy and International Member of Editorial Board of JDUHS. While she is a member of the BMA committee, she also is a full member of AoME. Ms Shadaba completed her PG Cert with credits from Edge Hill and as such is an educational supervisor to junior doctors. In Ent, Ms Shadaba is also a member of the North West surgical training committee. Ms Shadaba has involved herself with teaching and training undergraduates in Ent. She also is a DOHNS examiner, a Royal College assessor as well as an examiner for the MRCS. She also is a participator at GMC OSCE writing day and single best answer writing events. Ms Shadaba is also an honorary lecturer and teacher at Lancaster University and Liverpool University, respectively. She has also completed her NHS Academy Ready Now programme. She enjoys music and sports.
