I'm a counsellor with a counselling practice in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire. My practice is also ideally located for the nearby towns of Tring and Hemel Hempstead. I have extensive experience as a therapist, having already trained as a Traditional Acupuncturist and Cognitive Hypnotherapist prior to my counselling training. I use these approaches, sometimes alone, sometimes in combination with counselling to help people with a variety of emotional and physical issues. I see a wide range of people for all sorts of problems, however I only work with adults.
