As an integrative therapist, I offer a warm and grounded space where you can feel at ease – a trusting therapeutic relationship is central to my approach. You may be looking to explore uncertainties about your future, communication in relationships, difficult decisions or transitions, or questions about identity. Together we would look at what’s going on in your life and what you want for yourself – therapy can often strengthen self-awareness, and it’s this knowledge that leads to healing or growth.I tailor my approach to suit your needs and what feels natural to you. I draw predominantly on the person-centred approach, which focuses on the here and now, and the psychodynamic approach, exploring past experiences to understand how they could be contributing to your current feelings or behaviour.I have experience across a range of mental health settings, including in a charity for people with suicidal thoughts, delivering trauma-informed therapy for people living with HIV, and as a Health and Wellbeing Coach within the NHS. I work with people from all walks of life, whatever their age, race, ethnicity, cultural heritage, socioeconomic background, gender identity or sexuality.
