Biography
Dr. Sarah Gray, a Clinical Health Psychologist, is an Instructor of Psychology of Harvard Medical School, an Assistant in Psychology in the Department of Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital, and Director of Outpatient Psychology, providing Rehabilitation Psychology and Pain Psychology with the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. She is the Founder of Integrative Psychology, PC in Arlington, Massachusetts where she provides innovative and evidence-based therapy, coaching, consulting, and presentations.
Dr. Gray studied psychology as an undergraduate at Sarah Lawrence College in New York, and Oxford University in Oxford, England. She earned her doctorate in clinical psychology at the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology (MSPP), as well as completing MSPP’s specialized concentration in health psychology.
She specializes in a range of approaches, including behavioral medicine, biofeedback, neurofeedback, EMDR, clinical hypnosis, mindfulness-based therapies, CBT, CBTi, positive psychology, and more. Areas of focus include stress management, anxiety, mild to moderate depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, chronic health issues, chronic pain, insomnia, wellness, optimizing performance and wellbeing, and more.
