My goals in therapy is helping you feel better & helping you get better.I provide a calm, empathic and nurturing space where you can address topics and goals; Anxiety, depression, stress, loss & grief, communication struggles and spiritual concerns. My style of work with clients is interactive, collaborative and I use Cognitive, Behavioral, Solution-Focused & Emotion-Focused therapy and Mindfulness exercises.It will be a privilege to journey along side you as you are seeking insight, growth and change.
