Hello my name is Sally and I am an experienced Person Centred Counsellor based in Tamworth, Staffordshire.The experience I have gained as a Counsellor is from working for a voluntary organisation for 4 years and 10 years in practice.I have helped clients move forward with issues ranging from low self esteem, anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship issues, alcohol related issues and anger management to child hood issues.I work in an integrative way as I am very much aware that one approach does not meet everyone's needs so my support is tailored to the individual's needs on a one to one basis face to face. I work with both adults, young people and couples.
