I work with individuals, and/or their families where functioning and relationships are affected. I am fully qualified and experienced and work with adults, children and adolescents. I work privately & take independent referrals & via the NHS. I use a collaborative integrated approach to achieve therapeutic change. ADULTS Aim to help you understand yourself and make sense of why, you do the things you do and why you are the way you are, thus, making sense of your anger anxiety, addiction, depression, self worth, OCD, PTSD, self worth, self esteem, hoarding, relationship problems and malfunctions. CHILDREN & YOUNG PEOPLE Combines play and talking therapy for children suitable from age 5 years up and uses age appropriate tools and techniques. especially useful for ADHD, CD, ODD, Spectrum Disorders and children who have experienced loss, illness, stress, trauma or have displayed anger or have had some difficulties with their relationships. I offer phone sessions, email counselling, text speech, local services an outreach service where therapy is brought to you which is especially useful when getting out is a problem or you are caring for someone.We find the best and most suitable way of supporting you.
