I am a person centred therapist who curtails my work to suit the individual needs of the client, this may include working creatively or incorporating psycho education especially with trauma working.My ways of working is to support clients with the space to understand and manage their emotions, thoughts, and behaviours through connecting mind, body, and soul rather than treating these separately. Trauma is not what happens to us but what happens inside of us because of what has been experienced. The more you learn to understand yourself; the more you can embark on and embrace your journey of life.I am also a EFT practitioner. EFT therapy is tapping therapy which works by tapping on the pressure points within the body to support the energy system within the body. I offer remote sessions via telephone or zoom.
