My career aspiration orientates around utilising lifestyle medicine (through nutrition, physical activity, sleep and wellbeing) to help as many people gain longevity and reverse chronic diseases. I strongly believe that 'genes loads the gun but lifestyle pulls the trigger' - we have the power to control what we put in our mouths, how much we move, what time we go to bed and how we view the world to create a positive impact on our health. This coupled with my understanding of medicines make me very passionate about healthcare.
