I hold a postgraduate diploma in Psychosynthesis Psychology from The Institute of Psychosynthesis in affiliation with Middlesex University, making me a qualified Counsellor. I am fully insured and currently run a private practice in North London.My journey into Psychotherapy and Counselling was inspired by my background in the performing arts, which led me to various teaching and pastoral roles in the field of Education. After personally experiencing the transformative power of counselling in my twenties, I felt a deep calling to pursue training in this field.
