Robert Kalas is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 2022. He has a Master's of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. Robert believes therapy is an environment for exploration of oneself. Navigating these processes can be overwhelming, but doing so through an empathetic, non-critical approach is what Robert feels allows the individual to understand and attend to the needs causing distress. Overall, personal growth is done through exploration, and doing so through a holistic style that attends to both emotional and social needs to best build awareness into oneself. Outside of work, Robert enjoys being outdoors, whether that is traveling, going to concerts, or being involved with sports and attending sporting events, being outdoors is what he enjoys most.
