I have worked in mental health for the past forty years. Initially as a psychiatric social worker and later, psychotherapist within the N.H.S. For the past twenty years I have worked in private practice with both individuals and organisations. I have taught and supervised on various Professional Psychotherapy Training Courses. I offer supervision, support and training to other professionals.

I have worked with mental unwellness for more than thirty years, both within a hospital setting and in private practice. I see many people who are going through particularly difficult stages of life, relationship breakup, bereavement, social anxiety, loneliness, and related states of depression and anxiety I look with the individual and how best they might understand and manage their current situation as well as possible underlying factors from earlier stages of life.
