I work as a Senior Occupational Therapist in the Specialist Healthcare Team covering Bedfordshire and Luton. I have a split role and work within Services for People who have a Learning Disability and the Adult Autism Diagnostic Service . I provide Occupational Therapy to adults who have complex physical and mental health care needs such as behaviours that challenge, sensory integration and communication difficulties. I use the Model of Human Occupation (MOHO) to influence my practice to identify an individual's level of occupational performance. I am qualified to facilitate the Assessment of Motor and Process Skills (AMPS) and I am an accredited Sensory Integration Practitioner.
