Hello, I’m Rebecca and I am a counsellor and psychotherapist. I work with people experiencing many different issues and problems including anxiety, overwhelm and perfectionism. I can help you to explore your feelings, past experiences and relationships to gain a sense of what truly makes you you, so that you feel empowered to make your own choices and inhabit your space in the world more freely.
