I am a qualified and experienced humanistic counsellor with a First Class Honours Degree in Counselling and a certificate in Coaching. I have been practicing as a counsellor since 2010 and volunteered in both local and national charities during my training.I work in a confidential, understanding and non-judgemental way, creating a safe and trusting environment for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, behaviours and goals whilst respecting your uniqueness. I aim to create awareness and choice for you to experience a happier and more satisfying way of living. I work with an awareness of difference and diversity. I am a registered and accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and abide by their ethical framework. I am insured and undertake regular supervision, training and my own personal therapy.I can work in the short term which is helpful when focusing on a single issue and in the longer term which can allow for deeper awareness to be made.I practice from The Haven, near Rudgwick in West Sussex which is within easy access from Cranleigh, Horsham, Billingshurst, Godalming, Crawley and Guildford. ** please note that travel costs may apply for home visits and walk and talk sessions**
