28 years experience in healthcare in a mental health setting. I have set up and developed numerous successful mental health services. Supervised and managed staff of all professions in various fields. I have won awards in creativity and innovation for developing new interventions that are now offered throughout Surrey. I have papers published in British journals for new interventions I have developed. Whichever role Im working in my priorities are always ensuring the service provides excellence with compassion and that the staff feel valued and supported. My strengths are project management and developing new services, problem solving even under pressure, dealing with every situation with kindness and compassion, being adaptable and flexible and solution focused. I have a vast experience and knowledge in mental health and in leadership.
