I'm an experienced person-centred and humanistic counsellor and supervisor. I'm here to offer a safe, supportive space, where together, we can build a trusting relationship and talk about the issues that bring you to counselling.I have been counselling clients since 2009 in a wide range of settings, including for the YMCA with students in a secondary school, for the NHS in a midwife-led service and I also worked as a specialist mental health mentor for students at the University of Sussex for 3 years.In addition to my private practice, I work as a counsellor for Survivor's Network.  I offer a free 20 minute initial consultation by phone where you can find out a bit more about me, how I work and we can decide if I'm the right counsellor for you.I also offer supervision to counsellors. I'm experienced in both long-term and short-term work, solutions focussed work and of working with trauma and in an educational setting with students (18 years old and over).
