I am a committed and hard-working person, who gives due attention to any task, big or small. My current position as a Mental Health Worker with over 9years working experience in the care environment; I have acquired the ability, skills and knowledge to perform well in order to achieve good standard of care to service users. My main responsibilities are to provide individual Care to service users, also taking the responsibility for group of service users and to ensure that individual programmes of care planned, executed and monitored so that a high quality of service is provided. My role involves working with the elderly and Vulnerable especially those with Dementia, Cognitive impairment, Depression, Mental Health and some nursing Care with complex needs. I have a track record of facilitating a collaborating environment to foster opportunities for social acceptance. I do contribute to the assessment of service users’ needs and the implementation of effective support plans to promote positive and lasting lifestyle changes to enable an independent living. I tend to manage a challenging caseload while staying focused on giving a high standard of care to every service user, by maintaining and demonstrating a positive care attitude.
