Through a collaborative process I can work with you to identify what might be holding you back or keeping you stuck and giving you the support you need to move forward. I work integratively which means I use different styles of therapy but tailor it to suit you as every client is an individual and has different needs.Relationship in trouble? Couples therapy can be invaluable for providing a safe space to work through all the issues that arise between you. In my experience many couples simply lose the ability to communicate effectively and get themselves heard. I can work with you to help get you towards having a healthy relationship. I find that sometimes just a few sessions can be really effective, but of course I offer long term work and support if it is required.I have gained experience by working in an NHS environment and privately with issues ranging from:*Anxiety*Depression*Eating Disorders*Family issues and couples work*Bereavement*Lack of self confidence and low sense of worth and self esteem.I strive to create a relaxed informal confidential safe space.
