Nickolas Garbis, MD, FAAOS, is an orthopaedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist at Loyola Medicine. His clinical interests include elbow disorders, shoulder disorders and shoulder replacement. Dr. Garbis is an assistant professor in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Rehabilitation at Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. He earned his medical degree at the University of Illinois, Chicago, completed a residency in orthopaedic surgery at Rush University Medical Center and a fellowship in shoulder and elbow surgery at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Garbis is board certified in orthopaedic surgery and an active member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
