I specialize in individual, couples and family therapy. My goal is to help my clients achieve the best version of themselves! I I use an integrative approach that blends different kinds of therapies through the filter of cognitive behavioral theory. It is my belief that by examining and changing our thoughts and behaviors, we can increase our overall quality of life. I develop treatment plans specifically tailored to each of my clients' needs. I use a warm, compassionate, and assertive approach to assist clients on their journey for change.I empower my clients by helping them navigate challenges that they are facing in both their personal and intrapersonal lives. I teach coping mechanisms specifically tailored to help my clients learn how to handle further challenges once treatment is completed.
