Natasha Jeswani is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in the Bay Area of California. Natasha is skilled at supporting people who are intuitive, empathic, and sensitive, honor their unique sensing in service of personal and collective transformation. Natasha brings a spiritual orientation and social justice lens to her work with clients. She views each individual within the context of an interconnected whole. She provides compassionate support for people experiencing burnout, depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, stress, spiritual emergence, struggling with overwhelm or high sensitivity, or experiencing relational challenges. Natasha’s therapeutic orientation involves 1) somatic awareness and mindfulness and 2) process-oriented therapy. Somatic awareness and mindfulness facilitate allowing, understanding, and reclaiming of the body’s communication and wisdom. Clients recognize nervous system activation and learn to self-soothe during distress and overwhelm. As a process therapist, Natasha invites play, exploration, depth, and choice. Clients increase their capacity to be present through change, beauty, and pain. Natasha earned a Master’s degree in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She has received over 200 hours of training in Process Therapy. Natasha is a practitioner of meditation and has benefited immensely from meditating independently and in the Zen community tradition. As a highly sensitive person committed to new ways of being, Natasha is driven to support people in their own healing and opening in service of collective and systemic healing, including healing how humans relate to the earth. Natasha currently has virtual openings Tuesday-Friday between 9 am and 4 pm. She sees clients on a weekly or biweekly basis with some capacity for as needed sessions. Oftentimes, this disconnection is also rooted in a disconnection from the body. My work stems from the principle that the body, mind, and spirit are interwoven. Our symptoms, whether depression, burnout, anxiety, grief, or trauma-related, are also in response to a pained world which is also on the precipice of change. Becoming whole means finding ways to continue to be in relationship with the wise parts that are hurting. Individual therapy is a space to examine and decondition harmful and limiting programming and to reclaim integrity and wholeness.
