It's not always easy to reach out for help when we need it, and that's often the time we need it the most. I offer a non-judgmental, accepting, safe space for you to explore how you're feeling at your own pace. I cannot give you the answers, I believe that you have it inside you to find them yourself and I can help you to find them. I have experience of working with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma, and self-esteem. I have worked with adult survivors of childhood abuse and supported Children and young people following bereavement, bullying, and anxiety. I have a special interest in trauma, pregnancy loss and perinatal mental health. I use a Person-Centred approach to counselling, allowing you, as the client to explore your feelings and needs in an open, non-judgmental, safe space, setting your own pace and agenda for your sessions.
