Natalie Davidow is a mental health counselor in Miami. Many of Natalie's clients come in to address anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, stress management, and depression. She received her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University.Natalie's style is compassionate, supportive, non-judgmental, and engaging. She provides her clients with a safe setting to feel comfortable expressing themselves. Natalie uses evidence-based approaches to therapy that include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, family systems therapy, and acceptance commitment therapy (ACT). She focuses on creating individualized plans of treatment to meet her clients' unique needs. In session, Natalie focuses on examining thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors to understand what is or isn't working and shift them to healthier thinking. She helps individuals work through life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, addiction, and behavioral and emotional issues. Most importantly, she strives to empower individuals to strengthen and develop the tools they need to achieve the goals they set. In her free time, Natalie enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and her dog, who loves pool days as much as she does!
