Hello. My name is Michelle Friedland and I am happy to introduce myself. I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed psychotherapist with experience providing counseling and supportive services. I utilize a variety of skills and tools to assist tweens, teens, and adults move beyond obstacles so they can grow and thrive. I use a wide range of clinical skills to effectively explore and help clients navigate challenges. My approach is client centered with a focus on helping the individual overcome barriers, set effective boundaries, learn useful skills, and implement healthy changes to move towards achieving their goalsChange is a difficult but often necessary part of life. Making proactive changes can be especially challenging and support through that process is vital.
