Everyone struggles with relationship issues, anxiety/worry, work stress, substance use, or uncomfortable feelings. It can also be extremely difficult to find balance and perspective sometimes, especially within the current environment. I enjoy working with clients who are interested in collaborating with a therapist to identify creative solutions to current life issues and circumstances.My clinical training is focused on cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy. I utilize these evidence-based approaches to help combat symptoms of depression, anxiety, substance use, and personality disorders. My goal is to provide a safe and organized framework for identifying problems and developing new skills or ways of thinkingUltimately I help my clients develop the tools needed to manage independently and live a life they're excited about. Due to the current state of the world, I'm also working with a lot of individuals who are feeling isolated and cut off from their "normal" support systems to help them manage life's issues.
