I am EMDR trained and utilize different trauma-informed practices to validate my client's experiences. I specialize in working with adults who have experienced trauma, depression, grief/loss, anxiety, relational or attachment trauma, and addiction.Exploring life's challenges and connecting with our internal world can be scary.
