My approach is supportive, understanding, non-judgmental but also practical, honest and helpful in finding new solutions and ways to work through difficulties and problems.I am a licensed clinical social worker, individual therapist and family therapist with over 30 years of experience of providing therapy for adults, children, couples and families at a non-profit community mental health agency and private practice. I am trained in trauma informed therapy such as EMDR, IFS, and Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM).
