My approach is integrative. I have over 22 years experience in offering counselling and psychotherapy in private practice and have also worked for a number of organisations in the public and private sector. Additionally I offer short courses in Mindfulness - a mind/body approach that helps us to relate differently to our experiences. The NHS recommend Mindfulness as a way of managing anxiety and stress, recurring depression and pain and I now offer individual meetings as well as short courses. 6 sessions is usually adequate to begin living mindfully.
