Professional profile I completed my clinical registrar training in the south east and then moved to the north as a research registrar (Darlington Memorial and University of Newcastle) and finished senior registrar training in the Mersey region in 2000. I was appointed as a consultant physician at Medway Maritime Hospital in April 2000. I have a deep interest in all aspects of stroke, complicated/uncertain medical diagnoses and cognitive deficits. I also practice locally in a private hospital (Spires Alexandra hospital, Chatham) once a week.
