I am a consultant rheumatologist dealing with the broad spectrum of general rheumatological conditions. I trained in medicine at the University of Wales in Cardiff followed by speciality training in Rheumatology in London. I practice in all aspects of clinical rheumatology and hold general rheumatology clinics at both Great Western Hospital in Swindon and Savernake Hospital in Marlborough. In addition to General Rheumatology I have a specialist interest in Sjogren’s Syndrome and run a specialist Sjogren’s clinic accepting Tertiary referrals. I focus on extraglandular manifestations of the disease and clinical research into Sjogren’s and am a member of the steering committee for the UK Primary Sjögren's Syndrome registry. I am Medical President of the British Sjogren’s Syndrome Association and have recently Chaired a Guideline working Group to produce National Guidelines for the management of Sjogren’s syndrome.
