I am an Integrative Psychotherapist based in Middlesbrough. I have been working in the field of Psychotherapy both privately and as an associate since 2018. I work relationally with a Trauma Informed approach, I know first-hand how challenging and healing a therapeutic relationship can be.   During our sessions you will be offered a safe, confidential & non-judgemental space, it is in our session that I help you to explore your experiences, supporting you in gaining a deeper understanding of how these experiences have shaped how you see yourself and how this may now be impacting your present. I aim to empower you to make the changes you want to make to live a life you deserve.  Psychotherapy is an explorative process calling on a range of models that try to understand human behaviour. It aides looking at your issues from a different perspective, using a range of techniques that best suits your needs.
