We all have parts of our lives that feel troublesome. Usually, we work on improving these parts by ourself or with family and friends. Sometimes these issues become so disruptive that we raid the self-help section of the bookstore or start Googling symptoms. However, if your problems start to feel insurmountable, overwhelming, and exhausting or if you just can’t see a way out, the support of a counselor can sometimes be the catalyst for change that you need. I use a relational, holistic, and eclectic approach, tailoring sessions to your individual needs and goals. I am trained in EMDR, Havening, Play Therapy, and Filial Therapy. In addition, I have completed the Level 3 practicum in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I am trauma-informed and inclusive. I offer a sliding scale to maintain affordability.
