Or you might not know what's 'wrong', but be finding life difficult.Whatever brings you to therapy, I will listen with empathy and understanding and help you to better understand yourself and the choices available to you.I do this by asking you questions, drawing your attention to your feelings and and encouraging you to connect with your emotions, and listening with empathy and understanding. I have particular experience working with LGBTQIA+ communities, and my practice is affirming and welcoming to people of all genders, sexualities and relationship styles.
