Whilst I only work with individuals, each one of us is in relationship with others in some way, When I meet with you I am interested and curious about you, but also interested in the other people in your life, and any impact from outside of your social and family circle, such as work.The exploratory and supportive process of counselling can help clear the wood from the trees, unravel patterns of behaviour and help to make changes in your life.
