Hi, I’m Louise and I help adults and young adults with anxiety, depression, low self worth, confidence and feelings of being overwhelmed enabling them to build resilience and a healthy mental outlook to cope with life’s day to day challenges.I am a friendly and empathetic listener and I support people to build and maintain healthy mental health.With life being so busy, I believe it is easy to lose connection with ourselves and feel overwhelmed and anxious. Self esteem and confidence can be lost making the smallest of day to day challenges feel impossible.I offer a space of safety and compassion where we can explore your emotions working to connect with yourself and others again.
